Scott and his wife, Michelle, grew up on the Monterey Peninsula and returned in 2017 to the place they have always considered home.  Since his return, Scott has helped local businesses, entrepreneurs and artists in business and litigation matters.  Scott brings to his new law practice the experience and dedication to excellence that comes from practicing at a big firm, but with the personal attention that only a small town lawyer can offer.  And because he does not answer to any law partners, Scott can sit down with a client or prospective client and have an honest conversation about the strength of a legal claim, the likely cost of pursuing it in court, and whether he is the right fit for the job.
