Scott Wilsdon
Scott Wilsdon has acted as national litigation counsel for technology and entertainment clients, including Fortune 100 companies, in intellectual property cases in courts across the country. He has represented clients in matters involving copyright and trademark infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets and unfair business practices. Closer to home, Scott’s practice has included representing software and media companies, as well as individual authors, artists, musicians and producers.
Scott also represents clients in a broad range of commercial matters, including business litigation, contract and licensing negotiations, employment disputes, and responding to federal and state government investigations. Scott regularly advises clients on business and regulatory matters.

Scott is nationally recognized in the field of intellectual property protection and litigation. He has been named a Super Lawyer in Washington, has been interviewed for and quoted in major news publications, including The Atlantic, and has been profiled in leading legal publications. Scott frequently lectures on copyright and technology related legal issues, and serves as a private mediator and, by court appointment, as a special master.
